You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest. 

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product. 

Once the production is finished, it can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Deposit Scheme

At Fitness Hero, we offer a flexible deposit scheme for our custom-made-to-order machines. With just a 50% deposit upfront, you can secure your machine. Once it arrives at our Sydney warehouse, simply pay the remaining balance and shipping costs. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for all custom orders.

Handling Times

Same day dispatch - Order By 2pm (Sydney Warehouse Only)

We aim to pack and ship all orders with 24 hours, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. However rest assured, we will be working hard to fulfil all orders as fast as we can

Delivery Times

• Delivery times quoted are based on business days and are provided as estimates only.
• Unexpected delays can occur from time to time. Should there be an extended hold up with your item, our team will assist you.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Sydney Metro 4hrs - 3 days after dispatch
Adelaide Metro 3-7 days after dispatch
Perth Metro 5-7 days after dispatch
Melbourne Metro 1-4 days after dispatch
Brisbane Metro 2-5 days after dispatch
Canberra Metro 1-3 days after dispatch
Hobart Metro 5-7 days after dispatch
Outside Metro Area Allow 2-5 days extra over above
Remote Areas Allow 3-7 days extra over above
